Annoying things...

Dear Friends,

Referring to the title, which of the follow do you think is more annoying?

- changing dirty diapers 3 times a day.
- going through 2 hours of rush-hour traffic everyday.
- listening to an entire conversation in a foreign language that you have no clue about.
- enduring an entire night of snoring from your partner (or relatives).

I don't know about you, but I just recently came back from a family trip with the grandparents, and we stayed in the same hotel room. I basically endured two entire nights of unpleasant snoring emitting from BOTH my grandparents and could hardly get an hour's sleep on either night. They both had a very good sleep on both nights and asked me why I looked so drained...I told them that I just had some really nasty nightmares on both nights and couldn't sleep well; a living nightmare, literally... so my choice is obviously the last choice, because loud snoring really is annoying and damaging to the human psyche if exposed to long-term.

If you're living with your significant other, whether married or not, and share the same bed, this will probably relate to you. If neither of you snore, then that's great, and you can probably disregard all of the following information (but I would still take the knowledge in case it comes in handy in the future). But if you're torturing your other half with prolonged, loud snoring, or vice-versa, then you have GOT TO read this.

This is more applicable to men as 4 out of every 10 men snore and compared with roughly 3 out of 10 women (Source: About Men's Health). For detailed information on snoring, please go to the About Men's Health website and read up on it.

However, here are some quick tips on how to stop or at least minimize snoring:

- Sleeping on your side will help.
- Put some sort of cushion underneath your bum.
- If you are overweight, it's time to drop some of those pounds. Drinking our All-Natural Herbal Tea will definitely help.
- Don't consume alcohol or large amounts of food three hours before sleeping.
- Take an antihistamine or decongestant before going to bed.

If you don't snore, then that's good, but if you snore, I sincerely wish you the best of luck with getting rid of it!

To good health,
Dickens
